GiG Reports Q1 Financials, Prepares for Business Split

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), a prominent iGaming technology company, has released its Q1 financial results, showcasing record-breaking revenues and affirming its preparedness for a business split. GiG’s media division achieved revenues of EUR 28 million ($30.2 million), representing a 52% year-on-year increase from Q1 2023. Moreover, the division’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) reached EUR 13.5 million ($14.5 million), consolidating GiG’s position as a leading player in the industry.

Notably, GiG Media has achieved all-time-high revenues for the 13th consecutive quarter. This success can be attributed to the increasing number of first-time depositors (FTDs), which grew by 13% compared to the previous year. The Platform & Sportsbook division also demonstrated progress by signing eight new agreements and Hot clients, with ten brands already launched in 2024. With a total of 67 existing brands and an additional 18 brands in the integration pipeline, GiG continues to expand its network and attract new partners. Although the division’s revenue declined by 17% to EUR 8.3 million ($8.9 million), GiG remains optimistic about its future prospects.
