MGM Resorts Closes In-Person Concierge Desks at Majority of Strip Properties

Starting Monday, beloved resorts like MGM Grand, The Signature, New York-New York, Mandalay Bay, Park MGM, and Vdara will no longer offer physical concierge services. Instead, guests seeking assistance will be directed to centralized teams at Aria and Bellagio.
