Woman Crashes Car into Boyfriend after Finding Tampon

Julie Bush, a 30-year-old woman under the influence of fentanyl, confronted her boyfriend, Richard Penardo, after discovering another woman’s tampon in their garbage. The quarrel rapidly intensified, leading to Penardo grabbing a steel chain and attacking Bush’s car. In a panic-driven reaction, Bush, who was already in the vehicle, accelerated and drove directly into Penardo, pinning him against a wall and ultimately running him over.
